anw, just so you guys know what you're KINDA in for during INDOOR trg
(which would've been good for rainy days like today)
the last gym (furthest from field) has all the weights and you'll be doing them in SETS.
a SET is a series of the weights, like aims are calves x10, upper arms x10, etc.
and that's ONE SET.
then usually you do about 10 to 20 sets.
HAHA.
but i wont torture you girls so fast.
i'm not so mean.

then there's also RUNNING!
you cannot be fit without RUNNING!
and what better way to judge fitness than 2.4 run!
yep, 6 rounds around the track.
YAYYY SO FUN.
so PT you must bring shoes hor.
you forget to bring shoes then bring boots is no excuse ok.
you bring boots i dont take your attendance!
