im wondering how i should start this post because i don't really know how to start off..

okay first thing first, i suggest that the freshies should come down on 8 may (tue) because i don't want to give them the wrong impression that the contact guys are in touch as well. another thing is that, it gives us more time for ourselves. i think its only right that we set an example for the freshies then have someone new to come and set the example for us. if that is fine with everyone, oats, could you please send an email to those who signed up, within in this week? thank you.

another is that, about a month ago we agreed that we will start our training punctually, and if anyone comes later than the 10 mins grace period, everyone gets it together. but up till now, this policy have yet to be implemented. so im going to start this after the freshies join us. but even then, i want everyone to start training punctually. no more wasting of time, more so when coach comes down to coach us. and whatever happened to the informing me or at least anyone else, of why you cant come down for training, or that you'll be late?

and this tue, we had about 5-6 people who turned up for training. oats and i sprained our ankle but nonetheless, we turned up. and even though oats need not come down, she came. my point is, we are willing to put in more effort to help the team achieve something, anything. as small as the achievement or useless training might be without coach, we hope to gain more this year. whatever it is, can we start off this year good? now that we've had the basics within our grasp, its only reasonable that we train harder to achieve more this year don't you think?

i know how lazy we can all get when coach isn't around for training, and i totally understand why some of us wouldn't want training but i have a responsibility to answer to. not just to coach or mr gerald but to everyone in the team as well. i feel that i've done my part or have tried my best to be as good/efficient blablah a vice-cap as i can be but i still every one's cooperation. i cant run this team all alone and im still trying to be a better vice-cap. so help me along the way because i hope i can be one that helps the team win more games this year, one that gain enough respect to have everyone have more urgency and discipline on the field.

basically, we're all year 2 now, we don't like people nagging at us all the time and definitely don't like people being unsatisfied with each other. so i say we do our part and try to put ourselves in each other's shoes and be more sensitive to one another's feelings. just rmb the promise we made to coach - to train harder and be more committed this year. whether we're in the committee or not, put our best foot forward for the year ahead and kick some dirt. if you think you've done your part for the team, good for you! if not, time to pull up your socks already!

anyway we got new balls, let's make better better use of it and don't let the contact guys kick it around! our ball, not theirs!! and help tame the freshies and dont get too easy with them.

P.S if anyone wants to speak to me or has some suggestions or anything regarding the team, you know you can always find me or yas or coach :) if not see y'all then!
