sorry for the confusion people, but our chalet thingy can be considered a camp now. initially because of the people going overseas or having attachment, we decided against the camp, which created problems with the chalet booking cause we overbooked by 2 nights(monday night and wednesday night). but now, we're gonna just have the camp and solve the booking problem - cause our dear attachment seniors have decided to take leave to join the rest on tuesday.

so the new plan in a shotgun is, everyone will come down for the 3 day - 2 night stayover at the chalet. from monday, till wed/thurs (wed night is an extra night, like i mentioned above, we overbooked) depending how long u wanna stay. for monday, because we want to keep this as affordable as possible, we will not order food for bbq, instead, we will probably be going out for dinner. tuesday night is the big bbq night as planned. once i finalise the people going BY TODAY (pls tag on the blog or send me a sms), russell will draft out the budget, and i'll post here again. money will be collected on thurs.

after all this is settled, we'll be planning stuff to do on tues =) so yeah, dont worry, just come donw and have fun. oh btw.. cause its now a 2 night thing, we wont have spare cash to buy booze and what not, so again, pls donate ur booze or snacks :D
