so the new plan in a shotgun is, everyone will come down for the 3 day - 2 night stayover at the chalet. from monday, till wed/thurs (wed night is an extra night, like i mentioned above, we overbooked) depending how long u wanna stay. for monday, because we want to keep this as affordable as possible, we will not order food for bbq, instead, we will probably be going out for dinner. tuesday night is the big bbq night as planned. once i finalise the people going BY TODAY (pls tag on the blog or send me a sms), russell will draft out the budget, and i'll post here again. money will be collected on thurs.
after all this is settled, we'll be planning stuff to do on tues =) so yeah, dont worry, just come donw and have fun. oh btw.. cause its now a 2 night thing, we wont have spare cash to buy booze and what not, so again, pls donate ur booze or snacks :D

OK! our first real team bonding activity since camp last year. well, because we need to make sure this activity stays affordable for everyone accross the board, its gonna be compulsory for EVERYONE not going overseas or attachment to go. for those going overseas, you can ignore all this. but i will need to know who you are.. both girls and guys. for attachment peeps... must come AND pay for dinner, but dont have to stayover if u cant.
We need to confirm details for food like how much to order and how much ya'll will pay. (btw, this thing is a stayover. no exceptions except attachment pp). so pls tag on the blog coming or not coming. if coming just say u'll be in S'pore - just to acknowledge that u've seen this post.
For juniors, its average of $25. again... pls pls pls tell russell if u can contribute food or drinks or whatever. it'll help us all save cost and increase our management effectiveness. so tag on the blog if u can. alcohol or left over snacks / drinks etc from cny are most welcomed.
for seniors, the price will be known to u in the near future. i hope u already know why by now. be understanding k?! ;) and if u dont... well, ask me :)
i hope u guys are supportive of this activity. haha. it hasnt been easy for the people planning and booking the facilities. really really really hope to see you guys during chalet k. haha, we'll have fun. no worries!

just to add on to what cc has said and the new updates for chatlet and fun touch this sat.. this sat 9.30 at admin field. shall need bird or kenneth to get balls:D.
for the guys, i havent gotten a response from the call chain, pls let me know if u are coming for touch. i wanna get a projected attendance. as aloy said, dont later go down and only have 6+ people. so yupp, for those i know who have already said they're coming its fine :) just make sure words gets around, dont want people feeling left out yeah?

i think most of us are dying from exam strezzz and missing touch a lot. so hmm, since there's chalet on the 1st week of march, let's resume training on the 2nd week of march, tuesday (10th march). we'll bring our stamina back and like, if you guys have any touch friends in other polys or jcs, arrange them to have a friendly with us. the more the better.
venue: TBC (but hopefully we can get a proper field outside sch, if not it's the admin field.)
time: 6.00/6.30 pm (any objections, do voice it out)
so, if you're gonna work over the holis or planning on something, plan it around training time. i think 3 weeks of prior notice should be enough for anyone of us. k thanks.
