"CCA Fiesta will be held at the Convention Centre on 14 and 15 April 2008 from 10 am to 5pm.
Setting up and decoration of their CCA booths will be on 13 April 2008 ( Sunday ), to be ready by 4pm."
Persons-in-charge: Yap Jing Fen, Eudora Birdie (Welfare and Publicity Head :D) and Kwa Leung Lim Russell John (the PR Guru)
To-dos: Prepare flyers? Banners? (I don't think TouchRug's booth is beside Contact's still. Go check it out). Think can reuse old banner if it is. Displays? Balls; Boots; Photos blahblah. Someone also has to contribute the laptop during the CCA Fiesta to take down names of potentials.
Mag, please come up with a rotational schedule for us to be at the booths.

tmr (tuesday), juniors will join the girls for drills and whatever cause both aloy and i wont be able to make it down. not sure if coach is coming or not, but this is the default arrangement.
junior guys please take ur lead from CC or hao. the other seniors should be down for normal training too as usual.
(for cc, the seniors and hao)>> next up on the training schedule for guys are 'moves' - inclusive of tri-line moves. for tmr can first practice loops and switches. especially on switches (make sure they know how to create the extra men and hit the right gaps). if they can execute it effectively, then can move on to learn the mozzie. CC, this is just the plan for the guys, if you girls wanna do something else, by all means. but help me make sure the guys are organised and not goofing around. haha senior guys are expected to help aye?! dicipline remember?! ok ok. thanx ya'll.

regarding the showcase this sunday, 23rd march, from 1-6.
anyone who is free can come down and help. we need at least 12 players. i hope all the girls will be down cause there will be more female fresshies. guys, just come down if u're free. cca points should be given out by the ssc.
so this is the official and hopefully final arrangement. captain and vice caps pls inform me if there are changes or specifications wanted for sunday's manpower arrangement. thank you very much.

Greetings my fellow earthlings,
The friendly with Jurong Junior College (JJC) on this Saturday has been confirmed. There will be two games, one all girls game and one mixed game. It will be played at JJC itself and we’ll be meeting 11am at BOONLAY MRT and we’ll take a bus (157 or 198) down to the school. Those who are going there themselves, please be there latest by 11.30am. The game time would be 10 min each half with a 5 min interval. Attire would be jersey or any other dark-coloured t-shirt for those without jerseys.
