Please take note of the following:

It is a requirement for all participants to fill up the indemnity forms and bring along the hard copy for submission on the day of the event. Participants under the age of 18 will have to have the form endorsed by their parent or a legal guardian.

Please be at City Hall MRT station by **10AM** this Sunday. Be informed of the Road closure of Saint Andrew's Road and Connaught Drive from 930am to 1230pm. We will only be able to enter the Padang by: City Hall MRT station, walk through CityLink, turn right after Adidas Store, take the exit A to Connaught Drive. There will be marshalls who will direct traffic at the walkway.

Players check your personal email inbox for the fixtures, rules and also the indemnity forms. Payment of $10 for this tournament must be settled by Thursday, 4th of March.
