Hi girls,

Trng is as usual tmr. Please bring your track shoes & boots for trng, starting from tmr onwards. We can't have the rain affecting our trngs already. There is not much time left for IVP. Also, starting from this week, there will be Saturday trngs, so please try to keep that day free.
