Attendance has been really disappointing last week, even when we said we were having a pastVpresent game. IVP is in a month's time. We don't have much time to train, especially with common tests coming up, & leading up to the festive occasion. We really don't have much time left.

Jnrs, you really need to step up. Doesn't mean you did not play in POL-ITE, means you won't be playing in IVP. & it doesn't mean that you played in POL-ITE means you'll be playing for IVP. IVP is a much tougher competition, but it doesn't mean we don't stand a chance. Everyone still has an opportunity, to show puisan & the seniors, that you want it. Don't give up on yourself, we haven't even given up on you.

Seniors, we really need to choose a design, or design a design for Spikee. & I have to call the guy. Seems like he only takes order for 15pcs only, so I'm not sure whether we need that many jerseys, I would have to check with him again. Also, I have to see whether he can ship it in time. If not, we don't have a choice, but probably go with new balance instead. Yeaps.

Singapore Open Men will play Scotland in an official FIT sanctioned test match at 4.20pm at Turf City – the first official test match in Asia. We won't be playing the social games which is scheduled before the Scotland game.

As some of you would know, a few of us from NP will be representing the country. Men’s B Final

NP Touchboyz edged out TP Blue Thunder in a drop-off. It was cracking game!

Both teams were pretty well exhausted after playing a draw in normal time and then 11 minutes of extra time......The Thunder boys had already played a game – the local lads were on fresh legs. By the time both teams reached 3 v 3 in the drop off it was only going to take one mistake; and in the end it was not a mistake but shear ‘youthful’ speed that actually won the game with a wide open space on offer – NP scored in the corner to steal the gold from the Thunder.

Great game – everyone enjoyed watching and congratulations to all.

Touchboyz, this Saturday is the game of the season for us. For most of us this is our last match as a NgeeAnn player.We have come a long way this season, a new coach, BESSSSSST coach in the world aka JOSHUA DA MAAN, changing from a free play team to a structured team and also losing top players along the way.

But still we find ourselves playing in the Category B finals, make no mistake our opponents will not let us win the gold medal easily. So if any time during the game when each of you feel lost and worn out, I want you to look at your teammates on your left and right and tell yourselves you all are in this shit together. Stay close to each other and carry each other forward to achieve that gold.

Continue the tradition of bringing glory to NgeeAnn touchrugby team, do it not for yourself but for the team.

Secondly, it's regarding the clubhouse. The in charge was informed that our a/c was left on overnight last Tuesday. It could be me, it could be anyone else that have forgotten to switch it off. Hi Girls,

POL-ITE is on the 18 October @ SP, for those of you who don't know. Games are ITE, TP, NYP, RP, SP. All our games are at 6pm, except for game with RP, which is at 7pm.

This is one of our major competitions, that all of us should be working & training for. We only have 6 more trngs left before we go onto the battle field to play hard & fight. 6 trngs is not a lot. I can tell you that it'll just fly past you before you even know it. Games are Monday, Wednesday, Friday. & as you can see, we only have a day's rest. So fitness is really important here. We don't want to lose because we're tired. So let's all work hard towards this competition, coming down for trainings & giving our 100%. & yes, we will be picking a team.

Training is as usual, 6pm at the sports complex. Please do not be late. Those of you who want the extra training, Puisan, Dora & I will be around at 5pm. See you tmr.

Firstly, thanks Qi for the new layout (: It looks really good.

Secondly, the tagboard will be gone. So sorry that everyone will lose the privilege of commenting freely. But yeah that's the main reason of taking down the board. Because I'm so sick of people not tagging their names when they are told to do so, time and time again. And we have imposters posing as your very own captains, or whoever that's in the team, or not in the team that wants to create trouble. If you have anything to say, such as you're not going for trng or why you are unable to make it. Please tell your respective captains and vice captains. Because it is very insincere to be putting it up on a tagboard. Thanks.

Thirdly, Code of Conduct have been implemented, that everyone in a CCA should follow, if not bear the consequences. I don't have the exact Rules of Code of Conduct. But here's the brief idea.

1) No slippers and proper attired before/after/during/casual play.
2) No smoking in campus and beyond campus. (Within the boundaries of the school and outside, e.g. outside the gates. Especially in your CCA tshirts/jersey or even your Ngee Ann tshirts.)
3) No swearing/vulgarities/fighting.
4) No alcohol.
And blahblahblah, which I cannot remember. Sorry. Will update again.

Consequences if you of breaking the above rules.
1) Warning.
2) Warning plus letter.
3) Warning plus letter plus ban from NP Facilities and funding for 2 weeks (Includes NO IVP, NO POL-ITE or any other competitions.)
4) Warning plus letter plus ban from NP Facilities and funding for a longer period of time.
5) Closure of the club.

Please try you best to be down for training. I know exams are just around the corner but we have to train to prepare for the upcoming WTL. As you all should know by now, we are playing with the Big Boys in the As category. We won't be playing polys, but clubs like Monsoon Demons, 6 Pack and Bucks. This is the year we're going to step up our game. So to do this, we have to train. Do keep in mind those that are coming down for trainings this week have papers next week too and you guys aren't the only ones having exams. The whole team will be sitting for it. It'll only take about 3 hours of your study time for training. I hope you all get my point.

This is mostly regarding the seniors, recently I must say your commitments and attitude towards the team is some what questionable. I know tests are coming ups along with project deadlines, but you are not alone in this. Everyone has tests to study and project deadlines to meet so before you come and say you got work to do and not coming to training, think twice first because some people can go for training even though there are tests and projects. Yes study comes first but just spare a thought for the team.

And don't come and tell us you're going to study or do project but in the end we find out you're doing something else like soccer or something. And also if one of your good friend isn't turning up for training and you base your decision on whether to turn up or not or your good friend's decision I must say your commitment and attitude towards the team sucks. Lastly if you're lazy to come to school just for 3hrs of training since you got no school on training days, I must say your attitude and commitment sucks too because might as well don't come down for training on holiday.

Now that we got a coach I hope all of you can respect him by at least turning up to learn what he has to teach us, don't think you're a senior so your position in the team for WTL is safe because ultimate the coach chooses the player so you maybe the best player but if your attitude and commitment sucks I guess you won't even smell WTL team.

It is important that we make full use of this time and the space we have right now. Because we won't have the main field after this week. I need you all to give your 100% in every training, and get the best, and learn the most out of it. You may think there's still a lot of time left. But there isn't. There is really more to touch then just 4men.

P.s. I know some of you are sick and still do come down for trainings. It's really nice to see you all still making the effort to come. But I really hope, that when you come down and "watch" training, you do watch and LEARN SOMETHING. Instead of just coming down to watch and talk to your friends. Learning something, I mean by whatever pointers we say, you take it in as well, and even if you are not doing it physically, you are picturing it in your mind. If you just come down for training when you don't train, just to show your face or whatsoever, I really rather you not come and just stay home and rest. I would not want you to waste your time like that. I hope everybody learns something when they go home after training.
