Hi guys and girls, fixtures above as promised and, here's what's going to happen. With me are the indemnity forms that require your parent name, IC no and signature. Due to time constraint, i'm only going to hand it to y'all to fill in tmr. So just rmb your parent IC no and forge their signature. We may not be able to get a bigger bus in time due to additional players so, some people might need to share the bus with the contact players.
