hi all. training will continue as per normal tmr. same time same place.

For the men, i know some of u have major injuries either sustain before or during saturday's games. i know who the injured ones are, so for the rest of us, there is no excuse for skipping training tmr. for the injured ones who want to take tmr off to recover, i'll understand. however, you MUST let me know by today or early tmr. same applies to everyone else actually. if u cant make it for training, gotta inform me anyways.

fyi: abrasions, cuts, muscle aches and sunburn are NOT considered as 'major injuries' :)

the girls will refer to cc or inform her whenever u cant make it for training (as usual).
