Girls,

Important Dates to take note.

Please be aware that IVP is in 3 weeks time. We have less than a months' training to get us ready for the IVP games. The 2 weeks break and camps will give us a good opportunity to catch up and train as a whole(All to know our Defence policy, Attacking plays).

Time to step up and be disciplined about it. Everybody's effort and committment to the team will certainly make a difference. Let's work hard, team! We can do it!
